At EarthMattress, we prioritize your comfort. Below is our policy regarding returns and cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order leaves our warehouse, cancellation is not possible while in transit.

2. 100-Night Free Trial

We offer a 100-night trial. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 100 days of delivery to initiate a return request.

3. Refund Process

After receiving the returned item and completing our quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. If the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we will initiate a 100% refund. Once the product is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

100-Night Free Trial

We believe in our products. You can try our mattress for 100 nights at home. If you are not satisfied, you can initiate a return within 100 days of delivery. The mattress must be returned in good condition, free from any stains or structural damage.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned mattress and complete a quality check, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
